• The burner door is fixed to the tube plate by means of hinges and is internally lined with an adequate thickness of refractory cement which covers the entire heated surface of the plate itself.

• Dispersals towards the environment are very limited thanks to adequate insulation of the boiler body carried out with a layer of high-density mineral wool and without thermal bridges, protected by a stainless steel sheet (AISI 430).

• The welding of the pressurized parts is all carried out by qualified personnel approved according to EN standards.

• Modern in design and high efficiency, these generators are designed and manufactured in compliance with the European Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) and the most recent national and European standards regarding pressure vessels.

• Certification as a whole according to the PED Directive.

• Inspection on the water side is guaranteed by a manhole on the top of the boiler and a handhole in the lower part.

• Economizer : it is a water-fume heat exchanger that allows for an increase in efficiency of around 4%. Its configuration and positioning are inside the rear smoke box.
